• Train or guide team members as needed and ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Restock supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Perform routine cleaning duties, including equipment, workstations, and service areas.

Position Overview

The Hospitality Associate - Barista is responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee and espresso beverages while delivering exceptional customer service.
