The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers in the hospital kiosk. The role includes taking customers’ orders, making drinks, and providing timely service.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to exchange factual information, greet visitors, and explain medical center policies regarding cash handling, food preparation, and safety. This interaction requires courtesy and tact when dealing with patients, visitors, and staff.
Barista, specialty drink certification, or equivalent required.
Full Time (40 hours). Rotating shift. Weekends required: Yes. Non‑exempt.

Minimum /hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
