Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a Barista to serve coffee and related beverages in a hospital kiosk. You will take orders, prepare drinks, and provide timely service to patients, visitors and staff.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and Barista certification with exceptional customer service. Duties include POS transactions, cash handling, and maintaining a sanitary work area in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Barista certification or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills expected.
• Ability to explain policies and handle cash and food-safety basics.

Responsabilidades

• Take coffee, beverage and food orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve beverages, sandwiches, and pastries.
• Process transactions through POS with proper cash handling.
• Provide samples when necessary and maintain sanitary work environment.
• Open/close shop and stock inventory as needed.
• Communicate customer feedback to the manager.
