Job summary

Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers seeks a Clinical Liaison to identify patients for potential admission, manage referrals and admissions, and promote the hospital to referral sources through targeted outreach.

You will build lasting relationships with providers, conduct patient assessments, coordinate clinical information, and act as the hospital's representative outside the facility, with 80%+ work performed off-site.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree is required.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Clinical license preferred; RN/LPN/LRT may be considered.
• Minimum two years of healthcare sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Extensive healthcare sales experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Source potential, appropriate patients for hospital.
• Coordinate transmission of clinical and benefit treatment information to patients, families and outside agencies.
• Acts as liaison for outside agencies, non-plan facilities, and outside providers; performs 80% or more work outside the hospital.

Qualifications

As a Clinical Liaison you will have:

• Valid driver's license.
• Clinical license preferred; Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN), Respiratory Therapist (RT)
• Minimum two (2) years of former healthcare sales experience strongly preferred.
• Extensive healthcare sales work experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.
