Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a Clinical Liaison to drive hospital business development across San Diego. You will assess patients, manage referrals, and design marketing strategies for our hospitals and rehab facilities.

The role requires an associate's degree, a preferred bachelor's in marketing or healthcare, and a valid driver's license. A clinical license (RN/LPN/RT) is preferred, with 2+ years of healthcare sales experience strongly favored.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clinical license preferred: RN, LPN/LVN, or RT.
• Minimum two years of former healthcare sales experience strongly preferred.
• Extensive healthcare sales experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Aufgaben

• Conducts patient assessments to identify patients for potential admission into the system.
• Manages referrals and admissions generated through assigned hospitals and territories by representing the hospital with professionalism to referral sources.
• Designs and manages marketing strategies for assigned hospitals.
• Conducts one-on-one contacts with potential referral sources; maintains positive relationships with current sources.
• Utilizes educational opportunities to present the hospital to referral sources.
• Identifies, contacts and manages potential clients.
• Sources potential, appropriate patients for hospital admission.
• Coordinates transmission of clinical and benefit information to patients, families and outside agencies.
• Acts as liaison for outside agencies, non-plan facilities, and outside providers; performs 80%+ work outside the hospital.
