Job summary

Evercare is seeking a Hospital liaison to build relationships with hospitals to drive patient referrals and admissions to skilled nursing facilities. You will work within a centralized referral process and manage key hospital accounts.

Responsibilities include growing referrals with hospital staff, overseeing admissions, and coordinating monthly sales strategies with the admissions team. Strong collaboration and data tracking are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience (long-term care preferred).
• Licensed Nurse preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR systems.
