Trinity Health is seeking a highly organized Practice Manager, Hospital-Based Services for St. Mary's Medical Group.

You will provide administrative leadership for employed hospital-based physicians and APPs, overseeing scheduling, PTO, onboarding, compensation tracking, recruitment support, and issue resolution. You will partner with physician leaders, hospital administration, HR, payroll, and finance to ensure efficient operations and a positive provider experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in physician practice management, provider operations, or related leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, provider scheduling, compensation administration, payroll processes, onboarding, and physician practice workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative contact for employed hospital-based physicians and APPs.
• Coordinate provider schedules and coverage needs with department leaders.
• Reconcile shifts and coordinate compensation adjustments with payroll/finance.
• Support recruitment efforts and onboarding of new providers, including credentialing and IT access.
• Collaborate with hospital administration, HR, payroll, finance, and revenue cycle teams to ensure accurate operations.
