St. Mary's Medical Group in Georgia seeks a Practice Manager, Hospital-Based Services to provide dedicated administrative leadership for employed hospital-based physicians and APPs.

This role serves as the primary operational partner for multiple provider groups, coordinating scheduling, onboarding, compensation tracking, and issue resolution. The manager will work closely with physician leaders and hospital administration to ensure accurate processes, timely payroll, and a positive provider

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of physician practice management or related leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of provider scheduling, onboarding, compensation, payroll, and workflows.
• Experience supporting physicians and APPs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary administrative contact for hospital-based physicians and APPs.
• Support employment questions and operational concerns from providers.
• Coordinate communication between providers, leadership, and hospital departments.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and provider support processes.
• Coordinate provider schedules and coverage needs with physician leaders.
• Manage PTO, leave requests, and provider availability.
• Assist with schedule changes and continuity of services.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Reconcile shifts and compensation with payroll/finance.
• Support provider productivity reporting and related inquiries.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding, credentialing and payer enrollment.
• Monitor onboarding progress and IT/EMR access setup.
• Partner with finance to address billing and reimbursement concerns.
• Track performance metrics and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with physician leaders to resolve operational issues.
