Responsibilities

• Provide emotional, physical, educational, and advocacy support to pregnant, laboring, and postpartum patients and their families.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, midwives, social workers, lactation consultants, and other healthcare professionals.
• Serve as a bridge between hospital and community, promoting trust and continuity of care.
