You will collaborate with medical staff and leadership to ensure high-quality care, serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors while cross-training to mobility aid tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Computer proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support, manage patient records, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
• Serve as first point of contact for patients, family members and visitors on the unit with excellent customer service.
