Qualifications

• Experience as a Server is preferred; must be of legal age if serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, present menus, specials, and promotions.
• Assist guests with menu selections, provide recommendations, and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper portioning, presentation, and temperature.
• Monitor tableware, glassware, and utensils for cleanliness and hygiene, and replenish items as needed.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance and refills.
• Coordinate timing with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Communicate dietary restrictions or allergies to the kitchen and ensure meals meet requirements.
• Relay guest feedback to management for prompt resolution.
• Process payments securely and present bills at end of meal.
