Olympia Hospitality in Swarthmore, PA seeks a Restaurant Server to deliver superb guest service, greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure accurate delivery of meals and beverages with a smile.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness and safety. Experience as a server is preferred; must be of legal age to serve alcohol; join a values-driven team focused on wellbeing and growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to tables, present menus and promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter into POS system with clear communication to kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages with proper portioning, presentation and temperature.
• Monitor table cleanliness and replenish items to maintain a neat dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Handle guest payments securely and present bills at the end of the meal.
