Qualifications

• Provide high-level customer service and communication with guests and team members.
• Follow instructions and learn quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain composure while delivering service under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to tables, take drink orders and promotions.
• Assist with breakfast buffet selections and dietary queries.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with correct portions and presentation.
• Monitor cleanliness of tableware and replenish as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance and refills.
• Coordinate timing with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
• Communicate dietary restrictions to ensure meals meet guest requirements.
• Relay guest feedback to management for prompt resolution.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit card transactions.
