Qualifications

• Experience as a Server is preferred; must be of legal age if serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to tables, and present menus, specials, and promotions.
• Assist guests with menu selections, provide recommendations, and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system, communicating special requests to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently with proper portioning, presentation, and temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tableware and dining areas, replenishing items as needed.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance and refills.
• Coordinate timing with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Relay guest feedback to management for prompt resolution.
• Process payments securely and present bills at the end of meals.
