Responsibilities

• Answer telephones promptly and triage inquiries.
• Greet visitors professionally.

• Monitor and maintain the front desk and reception areas.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Business Office as needed.
• Uphold professional presentation and resident confidentiality.
