Job summary

Artis Senior Living of Lexington is hiring a part-time Concierge to support residents and families at the front desk on weekends. The role emphasizes warm hospitality, professional phone etiquette, and seamless reception duties.

You'll greet visitors, manage calls, assist with tours and marketing collateral, and provide light administrative support to the Business Office and Executive Director. A high school diploma is required, and prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a concierge/front desk or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones promptly and professionally, triage inquiries and direct calls.
• Greet visitors in a professional and helpful manner.
• Monitor and maintain reception and adjacent business areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Organize incoming mail and distribute to the appropriate person.
• Provide administrative support to Marketing and Business Office as needed.
• Maintain resident and family information resources and collateral.
