Job summary

Buckeye Hospice Care LLC in Dayton, OH is seeking a compassionate STNA to provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision in the Montgomery County area. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment as needed.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding patients as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Observe and report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff.

Requirements

What You Need:

• 1 year of Hospice preferred
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required

• Experience in memory care or acute care settings is a plus

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
