Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Counseling preferred or divinity school graduate.
• One year of spiritual counseling experience in health care, hospice or palliative care preferred.
• Willing to travel to coverage area of office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adhere to the client's spiritual care plan.
• Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and family members.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Participate in bereavement services to family members, referral sources, and the community.
