Hospice of the Valley in Tucson is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide psychosocial support to patients and families in home care settings. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering compassionate, patient-centered services to those at the end of life.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work from an accredited school; 3–5 years palliative care or hospice experience; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work; LCSW or LMSW licensure; Commitment to culturally competent care.
