Traditional Home Health Care in Dunmore, PA seeks a Hospice Scheduler to coordinate in-office staffing of nurses and aides for home health patients, ensuring geographic coverage and efficient case loads.

You will work Monday through Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, collaborate with field staff, assist reception, and take on additional duties as needed. Positive, proactive communicators with healthcare experience thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; advanced certificate or degree preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare / Home Health.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Computer and EMR proficiency.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assigning / scheduling nurses and aides for Home Health patients based on geography and staff case load.
• Collaborate with road staff regarding scheduling changes as needed.
• Assist receptionist as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
