Job summary

Trinity Health At Home is seeking an Account Executive - Hospice Sales to drive referrals, grow market share, and coordinate transitions of care for Above and Beyond Hospice. You will build strong relationships with hospitals, skilled facilities, physician practices, and other referral sources while meeting quarterly sales goals.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or related field, proven sales experience, and the ability to work across clinical and operational teams to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proven sales and/or marketing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and develop referral networks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Iowa driver's license.
• 3-5 years of healthcare sales experience.
• Home health or hospice sales experience.
• Clinical background such as Nursing or Medical Social Work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with referral sources.
• Drive hospice admissions and increase market share within assigned accounts.
• Process referrals and coordinate patient transitions to hospice care.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support patient needs.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare partners on hospice services.
• Meet sales goals and territory growth objectives.
