The Account Executive - Hospice Sales with Mount Carmel Hospice / Trinity Health At Home in Columbus leads referral development across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and physician practices to grow hospice admissions and market share.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, proven sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to build durable referral networks; hospice or home health sales experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proven sales and/or marketing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and develop referral networks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Ohio driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage relationships with referral sources.
• Drive hospice admissions and increase market share within assigned accounts.
• Process referrals and coordinate patient transitions to hospice care.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support patient needs.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare partners on hospice services.
• Meet sales goals and territory growth objectives.
