Job summary

Trinity Health At Home in Monticello, IA is seeking an Account Executive - Hospice Sales to drive referrals and grow market share across hospitals, SNFs, and physician practices. You will build relationships with referral sources, coordinate transitions to hospice, and educate patients and families about services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, proven sales/marketing experience, and strong communication. Valid Iowa driver's license and proficiency with Microsoft Office are expected.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and develop referral networks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with referral sources.
• Drive hospice admissions and increase market share within assigned accounts.
• Process referrals and coordinate patient transitions to hospice care.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support patient needs.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare partners on hospice services.
• Meet sales goals and territory growth objectives.
