Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Manager to lead all sales initiatives and guide front line Sales Counselors. You will drive performance through a customer-focused experience and provide leadership in hiring, promotion, and training of staff.

The role emphasizes empathetic professionalism, collaboration across departments, and delivering strong results through strategic sales practices and events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales staff to ensure attainment of sales goals.
• Monitor location production and develop the sales team.
• Provide direction in hiring, promotion, and training of staff; ensure company policies are followed.
• Deliver compelling presentations to current and potential clients for best outcomes.
• Communicate with all departments to support location needs; adjust sales activities as needed.
