Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Caretenders Hospice in Dayton, OH seeks an experienced Hospice Account Executive to drive sales, expand market share, and educate the medical community on our hospice services.

You will build relationships with referral sources, manage ongoing sales activities, and coordinate with care teams to align solutions with patient needs. A strong presentation, negotiation, and CRM skill set is required, with independent work ability and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Required drivers license and access to a vehicle or reliable transportation.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to grow market share.
• Implement and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts per source.
• Understand client needs to offer customized hospice solutions and referrals.
• Expand community awareness of our hospice services.
• Serve as liaison among referral sources, patients/families, and agencies.
