Job summary

Trinity Health At Home is seeking an Account Executive to lead hospice sales and referral development in the Dubuque–Cedar Rapids corridor. The ideal candidate will drive admissions, manage relationships with hospitals and post-acute providers, and coordinate patient transitions to hospice care.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, proven sales experience, and a valid Iowa driver’s license.

• Ability to build relationships and develop referral networks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
