Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking an Account Executive - Hospice Sales in Columbus to grow hospice admissions by developing referral networks.

You will build relationships with post-acute sources, educate partners, and collaborate with clinical teams to coordinate patient transitions, while meeting territory growth and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proven sales and/or marketing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and develop referral networks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Ohio driver's license.

Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Previous experience in hospice will be critical to being successful in this position. Account Executive - Hospice Sales Mount Carmel Hospice / Trinity Health At Home Location: Columbus

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with referral sources.
• Drive hospice admissions and increase market share within assigned accounts.
• Process referrals and coordinate patient transitions to hospice care.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support patient needs.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare partners on hospice services.
• Meet sales goals and territory growth objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proven sales and/or marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of healthcare sales experience.
• Home health or hospice sales experience.
• Clinical background such as Nursing or Medical Social Work.

Ideal Candidate

A successful candidate will have:

• Direct hospice sales experience (highly preferred).
• Existing relationships with post-acute and healthcare referral sources.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work across clinical and operational teams to facilitate patient care.
