Job summary

Four Seasons seeks an experienced RN to provide nursing coverage to patients and families, including admission to hospice services, via phone and in-person visits. The role reports to the Clinical Team Leader and requires after-hours responsiveness as needed.

The position emphasizes care within scope of license, collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, and adherence to regulations. It includes full-time status with benefits and a detailed shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Valid NC RN license.
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients and families via phone and in-person visits.
• Serve as first responder for after-hours symptom-based calls from patients.
• Collaborate with health care providers to plan patient-centered care.
