Qualifications

• Montana RN license or multi-state compact required.
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience (Lead/Charge qualifies).
• Minimum 2 years Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and medical software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospice operations and ensure high-quality care.
• Hire, coach, evaluate, and manage performance.
• Create and adjust clinician schedules to meet patient needs.
• Lead patient admissions reviews and service plan confirmations.
• Support clinical problem solving and serve as primary field resource.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance patient care experience.
• Monitor financial performance and resource use.
