Job summary
Alternate Solutions Health Network is seeking an RN Preceptor for Hospice in Michigan. You will lead onboarding, coordinate clinical training, and support staff to ensure high-quality hospice care for patients in the field.
The role requires an active RN license, at least two years of nursing experience with a year in home health or hospice, and proficiency with electronic medical records (HCHB preferred). The position offers benefits and a strong emphasis on team development.
Qualifications
- Must have RN license in state of employment.
- Minimum of two years nursing experience, at least one year in home health or hospice.
- Experience with clinical training or staff onboarding preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead orientation and ongoing competency training for hospice staff.
- Provide in-field patient care support as needed.
- Ensure quality and safe delivery of hospice services per CMS guidelines.
- Develop training materials and tools for field staff and annual competencies.
- Collaborate with Director of Nursing and leadership to implement new initiatives.
