Gentiva Hospice is seeking an experienced RN to lead our hospice location as Executive Director RN II. You will supervise interdisciplinary teams, ensure high-quality patient-centered care and drive census growth while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring RN licensure, 1+ year of management experience, and 2+ years in hospice/home care, with BSN preferred and a Master’s in business or nursing preferred. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• RN with minimum associate’s degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Master’s degree in business, nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year management/supervisory experience.
• Two or more years’ experience in hospice/home care.
• Meets all state-specific requirements for the Administrator role.
• Three years’ experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting preferred.
• Three to five years healthcare sales/ management experience preferred.
• Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment.
• CPR Certification.
• Current automobile insurance and valid driver’s license.
• Organizational and leadership abilities; knowledge of hospice concepts; excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership for a mid-sized hospice program, accountable for clinical quality and census growth.
• Oversees day-to-day operations and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
• Manages financial resources and budges in collaboration with Administrator.
• Develops staff through orientation, in-service training and continuing education.
• Collaborates with Governing Body and referral partners to meet goals.
