Gentiva Hospice is seeking an RN Executive Director to lead a hospice location with developing census. You will direct daily operations, guide interdisciplinary teams, and ensure patient-centered care while upholding Compassion, Respect and Integrity in all activities.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, financial performance, community outreach, HR, and adherence to regulatory standards to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with leadership experience in hospice care or clinical operations.
• Experience in home health or similar care management.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and team development.
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hospice location.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Direct interdisciplinary teams and manage performance and census growth.
• Ensure adherence to accrediting/licensing standards and policies.
• Collaborate with Governing Body, partners, and community to meet goals.
• Manage human resources, office operations, and communications.
