AccentCare is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to join our hospice IPC team serving the Christina Hospice coverage area. The role is PRN with coverage provided in a full-time care framework, requiring on-call availability and compassionate patient support.

Must hold a valid RN license with CPR certification and have hospice, home health, or related care experience. Strong documentation and teamwork abilities are essential for success.

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Requires hospice/home health or related care experience.
• Willingness to serve on-call and uphold organization values.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive nursing care with individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records across shift.
• Educate patients and caregivers on meds, mobility, and end-of-life prep.
• Provide emotional and physical support at time of death and participate in 24/7 coverage.
• Attend team meetings and assist with training and projects.
