AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a full-time Hospice IPC RN in the Miami area to provide comprehensive nursing care for hospice patients and families. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and prior hospice or related experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of practice; CPR certification required.
• Experience in hospice, home health, medical-surgical, or geriatrics/pediatrics; one year preferred in certain states.
• Willingness to serve on-call and uphold the organization’s values.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for hospice patients and families.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team to ensure compassionate care and proper resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records during shifts.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication use, mobility, and end-of-life preparation.
• Provide emotional and physical support at time of death and participate in 24/7 care coverage.
