Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a dedicated RN for our Rhode Island inpatient hospice facility to provide compassionate, comprehensive nursing care to patients and support to families. This role emphasizes collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality end-of-life care in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required (as applicable in state).
• Experience in hospice, home health, medical-surgical, or geriatrics desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for hospice patients and families.
• Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation throughout shifts.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, mobility, and end-of-life care.
• Provide 24/7 coverage alongside the hospice team as needed.
