Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. seeks a Hospice RN Clinical Liaison to support Greater Manchester and Bedford hospital networks. This full-time role focuses on building referral relationships, not bedside care, with hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, hospital med-surg experience, and at least one year in healthcare sales or marketing, plus strong communication with physicians and care teams.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• Hospital bedside nursing background (med-surg).
• Minimum 1 year healthcare sales/marketing experience.
• Ability to build relationships with hospital clinical teams, discharge planners, case managers and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital referral sources and healthcare professionals.
• Make regular planned calls to secure new referrals and meet goals across hospitals and facilities.
• Educate patients, families and clinical teams about hospice services and transitions of care.
• Support referrals, patient eligibility discussions and admission/consent processes.
• Drive hospital referral activity and census growth through service-focused outreach.
