Job summary
KingRecruitingServices in Manchester, NH seeks a Hospice RN Clinical Liaison to partner with hospital teams in Bedford and Manchester-area facilities. This full-time role focuses on building referral relationships rather than bedside nursing, prioritizing clinical collaboration and transitions of care.
The ideal candidate has an active RN license, hospital med-surg experience, and at least one year in healthcare sales or marketing, with a valid driver's license to cover local facilities.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license.
- Hospital bedside nursing experience.
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare sales or marketing experience.
- Ability to build relationships with hospital clinical teams and physicians.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospital referral sources and healthcare professionals.
- Makes regular, planned calls to secure new referrals and meet goals.
- Educate patients, families and clinical teams about hospice services and transitions of care.
- Support referrals and admission/consent discussions as appropriate.
- Drive hospital referral activity and census growth through outreach.
