Bethany Hospice & Palliative Care seeks a compassionate RN Case Manager to visit patients in the local community, manage the hospice plan of care, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of nursing experience and a PA license. We offer a generous salary and benefits package.

Competenze

Hospice RN Case Manager

Bethany is seeking a compassionate RN Case Manager to join our team! The RN makes visits to our patients in the local community, manages the hospice plan of care and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of nursing experience. We offer a generous salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• RN License in PA
• At least one-year of nursing experience, hospice experience is a plus
• Vehicle, driver’s license and car insurance
• Understanding of hospice philosophy and needs of the terminally ill (we can help you with this one!)
• Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting
• Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
• Satisfactory criminal background checkPresentation of negative TB test or CXR as required by state law
• Demonstrate good nursing judgement and excellent observation and communication skills
• Ability to provide good written documentation in a timely manner
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
• Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations
• Desire to be part of the best hospice team in western Pennsylvania

Details

• Salary range: $72,000 - $80,000/yr; depending on experience
• Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
• Location: Pittsburgh, PA
