Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate end-of-life care in patients’ homes across Minnesota. The role involves admissions, routine visits, symptom management, and collaborating with the care team to ensure comfort and dignity.

The position is full-time, with a standard schedule Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., $40–$49 per hour, non-exempt. Benefits include health coverage, retirement matching, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred.
• Ability to pass state background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive hospice nursing care including admissions, routine/PRN visits, re-certifications, discharges, and end-of-life care with thorough documentation.
• Provide regular supervision and guidance to HHAs at least every 14 days.
• Collaborate with the IDG; participate in care conferences; document updates in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate accountability and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
• Travel to patients' homes within designated regions.
