Superior Hospice in Bethel, United States, is seeking a part-time Hospice Visit Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate home-based and community hospice care. You will assess patients, manage symptoms, educate families, and document care using EMR systems.

Ideal candidates hold an active Minnesota RN license and have hospice, oncology, palliative care, home health, ICU, or end-of-life care experience. This role offers flexibility with a path to full-time as patient volume grows.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license.
• Hospice, oncology, palliative care, home health, ICU, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and PRN hospice visits in patients' homes, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, symptom management, wound care, and medication education.
• Support patients and families through every stage of the hospice journey.
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation.
