Job summary

Superior Hospice, part of the Home Health Care, Inc. family, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice visits in patients' homes and communities on a part-time basis.

You will perform assessments, symptom management, education, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care. Flexible schedule with potential to transition to full-time as patient volume grows; active Minnesota RN license required.

Qualifications

• About hospice, home health, oncology, ICU, or palliative care experience.
• Passion for hospice nursing.
• Interest in joining Superior Hospice.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine hospice visits in patients' homes and community settings.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, symptom management, and education.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate EMR documentation.
