Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Hatboro, PA. The RN will make home visits, administer medications, provide wound care, and monitor client conditions as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Active PA RN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience are preferred. Travel to cases is required; the role includes on-call duties and flexible scheduling with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active and current PA RN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Home health/hospice experience is a plus.
• Must be able to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care as prescribed.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Document doctors’ orders and ensure proper execution.
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
