Gentiva Hospice is seeking an RN Executive Director to join our leadership team. This role provides strategic leadership and day-to-day operational oversight for a mid-sized hospice location, guiding interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care while meeting regulatory standards.

The position emphasizes leadership development, financial performance, community outreach, HR, and office operations in alignment with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• RN with minimum of an associate’s degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Master’s degree in business, nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the assigned Hospice location.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and standards with accrediting/licensing bodies.
• Oversee budget, financial performance, and cost management.
• Foster communication with Governing Body, referral partners, and the community.
