Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• Minimum 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of hospice/home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hospice location.
• Oversee interdisciplinary teams and ensure high-quality patient-centered care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to accreditation standards.
• Manage financial performance and budgeting with the Administrator.
• Develop staff through orientation, training and performance evaluations.
• Engage with governing body, referral partners and the community.
