• Provide strategic leadership for the hospice location and oversee day-to-day operations
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Manage performance, budgeting, and community relationships to meet organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with accrediting/licensing agencies and state/federal regulations
