Job summary

Elevation Hospice of Colorado is hosting a Registered Nurse Hiring Event in Arvada, CO. Full-time and part-time RN opportunities are available.

The RN will administer skilled nursing care for clients in their homes, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and support families through the end-of-life journey. The role requires an RN license, CPR certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with license.
• Two years RN experience in clinical care; hospice/home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with computers; MS Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, functional, psychosocial, and environmental needs and ADLs.
• Coordinate care with the IDT and document progress.
• Educate patients/families about disease process, self-care, and end-of-life care; train staff as needed.
• Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Perform on-call responsibilities and provide on-call service as assigned.
