Job summary

Treasure Coast Hospice is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse in Florida to coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act. Monday - Friday 8am - 4:40 pm, with a $4,500 sign-on bonus.

You will provide comprehensive assessments and work with the IDT to create care plans tailored to patient and family needs. The role also includes supervising CNAs/LPNs, documenting thoroughly, and ensuring compliance with policies while supporting patients and

Qualifications

• Current and active Florida RN license.
• CHPN certification within 12 months of hire.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• Florida driver’s license and auto insurance.
• EMR software experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and oversee patient care per Florida Nurse Practice Act.
• Plan, implement and evaluate care using the nursing process.
• Develop plans of care with the IDT and patient/family needs.
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs; ensure compliant documentation.
• Administer medications per policy and document outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
