Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license current in the state where practice occurs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and nursing interventions
• Collaborates with physicians to plan, implement and evaluate care
• Cares for patients through preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care
• Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Registered Nurse (RN) license in state or multistate licensure
