Job summary

Inspiration Hospice in UT 84074 is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide skilled hospice care in patients' homes and support families during bereavement as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The RN will assess needs, implement the plan of care, educate families, supervise nursing staff, participate in on-call rotations, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while upholding agency policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• Two years’ nursing experience, preferred.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provides hospice nursing care per the plan of care.
• Makes the initial evaluation visit and reevaluates the patient’s nursing needs.
• Instantiates the plan of care and necessary revisions; coordinates services.
