Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in hospice, palliative care, home health, or acute care.
• Current Colorado RN license and CPR certification are required.
• Valid Colorado state driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

• Develop and oversee care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
